These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KitchenSmart website and the services we provide. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services
KitchenSmart offers kitchen design, supply and installation services. Any quotation provided is based on the requirements discussed during your consultation and remains valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to a written quotation and formal acceptance by both parties
- A deposit is payable on acceptance of the quotation
- Interim and final payments are detailed in your programme of works
- Title to goods remains with KitchenSmart until full payment is received
4. Cancellation & Changes
You may cancel or amend your order within a cooling-off period as detailed in your contract. Bespoke items manufactured to order may not be cancellable once production has begun.
5. Installation
Installation dates are scheduled following final design confirmation. We will agree a programme of works with you before any installation begins. Any delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. supplier delays, site access issues) will be communicated promptly.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
All Schüller kitchens come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Our installation work is covered by our own workmanship guarantee. Details will be provided with your contract.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design files — is owned by KitchenSmart or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Complaints
We aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@kitchensmart.uk.com or call 01908 798 008. As a Which? Trusted Trader, unresolved disputes can also be referred to Which?.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
